Live Band Booking Questions
Straight answers about prices, timings, production, travel, band formats and building the right experience for your event.
How much does the band cost?
Pricing depends on band size, date, event type, distance from Bedford, arrival time and any experience options. Use the online price estimator for an initial guide, then send the event details for a tailored written quote.
How long is the show?
Performance length and set structure are agreed around the event. Tell us your guest schedule, planned start and finish time and we will recommend the most effective running order.
Which band size should we choose?
The duo and four-piece suit compact spaces; the six-piece introduces the fuller live-band experience; the eight-piece adds scale and brass; and the 11-piece is the complete showband. Compare every format.
Do you provide PA and lighting?
PA and stage lighting can be provided for suitable UK bookings without a separate PA surcharge in the estimator. We can also work with a venue or production company system. International fly-in bookings normally require local PA, backline and drums.
Can you perform internationally?
Yes. The band has performed regularly in Germany, elsewhere in Europe and further afield. Travel, accommodation, local transport and technical provision are planned for each engagement. Read about international bookings.
Can you perform outdoors?
Yes, provided the organiser supplies a safe covered stage, weather protection, suitable power and appropriate sound facilities. Outdoor contingency arrangements should be agreed before the event.
Can we book the Bluesmobile?
Yes, for selected events. The 1974 Dodge Monaco replica is normally considered within approximately 100 miles of Bedford. Longer journeys or specialist transport are assessed individually. Explore the Bluesmobile.
What happens if a band member is ill?
The production uses experienced professional musicians and maintains a network of suitable deputies. Any unavoidable material change is managed and communicated professionally, with the priority of delivering the contracted performance.
Can we choose the set list?
You are welcome to share favourites and important exclusions. The final running order is designed around the booked production, audience and timings so the show keeps its pace and impact.
Can you provide music after the live show?
Yes. An optional playlist disco can continue through the existing PA and lighting after the live set. It is not presented as a separate DJ performance and is priced by the additional running time.
